The aftershow portion of our interview gives us the opportunity to really get into the finer details without the time constraint and pressure of the radio show.
An example would be when we interview venture capitalists or angel investors. We can ask them about how they evaluate executive summaries or entrepreneurs. What are the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make when raising financing? What is their “mental checklist” when evaluating an elevator pitch or business plan?
Then we can go to the entrepreneurs that have raised venture capital and ask them about their experience. What is the most important items to include in your executive summary? What was your elevator pitch? What mistakes did you make that you’ll definitely avoid next time?
We also ask music producers about their business and life and much more. We can go into the marketing techniques that work unbelievably well and those that don’t.
